eFax App–Send Fax from iPhone App Reviews

Maybe this is NOT a tools to be posted!!!! Frustrating and all help desk no response in Singapore and Asia - a groups of users and long customer is frustrated !!!!

This version of eFax does not work well 90% of the time it will not send fax delivered unless Im sitting in the parking lot Im sending it to

I had it once before and dropped because of issues and price. I signed up again last night to give it a try and sorry I did!! It is actually worse!! 7 faxes sent to me and 6 got a busy signal!! Not real helpful. So, I had it for ONE day and already canceled. Price wise not so bad. However if it is unreliable why use. Avoid it!!!

Very good app. I like the way it keeps a record of every eFax sent or received. It has come in handy.

Does what is expected. Tried cheaper and free apps. Happy i paid for this. Iphone 6+

Not only did the service not work, I was setup for reoccurring payments when I signed up for the free account. Customer service claimed they could not find my account and needed my full credit card number to cancel. When I asked if they could look me up by email, the answer was "yes". The chat session ended with the promise of disputing the charges. I received an email afterwards saying my service was canceled, but they told me that it could not be cancelled since they only showed me signed up for free service. I am not imagining the $16.95 charge on my card. I will not be purchasing any more apps though the Apple App Store.

Im really happy with my efax app and account. People at efax are pilot and effective. The app itself is extremely useful and has simplified faxing protocols. The only thing I like to see which is not a big deal, one can change cover page info on the app itself as oppose going on a desk top to do so. Good job efax on this app. Thank you!!

This app is a piece of crap. If your Internet speed is slow,it will count more than one page going in at a time so you wont print the number of the faxes that youre guaranteed get for your money. That is false advertising. You put in your promo that people get a certain amount of faxes for their money. Shady promo. A person it not responsible for their Internet speed. thats a server problem you need to be more accurate about your services. I was very displeased with your service it was a waste of my money.

Like the title says, its a great app. Fully functioning in my iPhone 6s+. So far so good. Keep up the good work.

Only used it a few times but with no problems attaching, sending, or receiving faxes.

Its hard to like it because the prices are way too high.

I am not one to usually write a review however I felt that this application definitely deserved it. If you were questioning whether or not this is a worthy app please let me tell you now but this is definitely a good bang for your buck. Prior to purchasing this application I would recommend that you use the free 30 day trial that they offer you. No matter where you go you will probably receive this 30 day trial offer with any competitor and/or company however, you will end up paying for a faxing service eventually at some point with that said I cannot speak to all the price quotes for all the different applications. So, take that as food for thought. Were talking about this particular application in this company I will tell you that my company absolutely loves utilizing his application. It works move its very functional easy and simple to use. All these things are what a business owner who is always on the go want. If your a business professional you will definitely want it. I have not use customer service which with that said is great within itself, and I have use this application out for proximally 60 to 90 days. I hope this helps and remember that if this is truly a business expense or work expense you can write this off.

It works very smooth

After having this service for several years and rarely using it, I wanted to cancel. My email address had changed as well as the credit card I originally signed up with. These are the only pieces of information they use to verify your account and will not let you take any action without this information. These pieces of information are also required to update your account. I was stuck in limbo for several months (and a ton of wasted dollars) to cancel this account. It took several calls to my credit card company and efax to finally get this resolved. Their call center was not helpful and in the end I relied on my credit card company to help me out. There are so many other fax options out there. I would never use this service again.

It gets the job done however, this should have been a one time fee or only $5.00. Also the need to connect to Iphone notepad
