eFax App–Send Fax from iPhone App Reviews

Easy to use on the road, I dont use many faxes now, but it is very convenient when I do need to use it.

The app is great for personal faxes and low volume use for my practice. I dont have the full version but what I have is enough for me.

This is a very useful and handy app to have. I thoroughly enjoy using it every chance I get. I can access it easily on all my devices, desktops and laptops. No problem at all.

I have been an eFax customer for years. I love that the app lets me send actual docs from my iPhone, with ease.

Must delete from AppStore! This application doesnt work properly. How to registrate my number and e-mail & how to revive PIN? I seems it all impossible.

In countries not listed Russia . The application does not russian language , please correct .

Gets better and better with time. Ive used eFax for over a decade now and find it indispensable and a real time saver.

I made several attempts to send a via iphone I continued to receive an error message, however when I called customer service to help me, he stated because my acct was on trial he would not be able to look in the account and tell what the error message was..Needless to say I found this a bit strange and decided to cancel my account immediately

I love this application it helps me to complete tasks I didnt think was possible. For $16.95 a month it is a great app to have if you are a person on the go... And need to take care of business

THIS IS A MUST HAVE APP! I run a small family business and some customers want things faced for one reason or another. With this app I can fax an invoice to a billing department from the site

The service works ok on computer. Using it on the iPad is horrible. Want to send a PDF? Well take a photo of the PDF because you cannot access iBooks where the IPAD stores PDFs unless you have another PDF storage service. Want to send a picture - go enable access yourself because the lazy programmers didnt provide a link. Do all that and want to use the service? Go fill out the form, enter the info, stare at white screen of death. Restart the IPAD cos well sometimes that works. Nope. Many other lazy programming observations but really for an internet based product that fails on one of the most popular access devices, pathetic.

Im ecstatic about being able to handle my business so quickly and seamlessly no matter where I am. Ive been using efax for many years, and the app is a fully functioning interface. Not a single complaint.

They honestly dont care about you they just. Care about the subscriptions. You can never tell if the god dam fax was sent and sometimes it was sent and ten times it wasnt cant ever update the stupid app. Now the app just gives me a blank white screen after the logo comes up I redo loaded it five times. Im an idiot for trusting my business with bunch of degenerates

It works very smooth. Ive been using Efax for several years on my laptop & recently on my iPhone 6s Plus. Im on the go all the time & I have to send docs to different places. By just taking a picture, cropping it to make it look professional or having something on file in my phone & sending it via Efax has saved me a lot of money & time. Thanks Efax!!

Read the reviews prior to purchase. Billed me then wouldnt allow me to access. Called customer service and they said their system was down. Terrible.

Got the app, works okay, problem is spam incoming faxes - that you pay for. They started coming in immediately and there is no way to stop them.

Do not, I repeat, DO NOT waste your time with this app. It worked fine at first but it hasnt worked in two weeks. Outsourced customer service that has ZERO idea what their doing and they offer suggestions that dont work and then say they are "working on an issue" and dont know when itll be fixed. Wait, if youre "working" on an issue, why did you just have me do 15 different things to try and get it to work? Liars. Do yourself a favor and seed faxing capabilities elsewhere.
