eFax App–Send Fax from iPhone App Reviews

The Service is what I would consider one of the best services available & Its phenomenal that I dont need an additional phone line or a fax machine to use this service. And I definitely love the app the fact that I can send it straight from my phone and I can receive my faxes to my phone & dont have to be in office.

Ive used the app twice now to receive faxes. Faxes came in no problem. Clear and legible.

This app makes doing business on the go a breeze. Love efax and love the app. Print faxes from my iPhone, fill them out and scan back in (with my JotNot app) and then fax back. No need for a fax machine any longer. And I love that it keeps old faxes for future reference. If it also included a scan feature that converts to PDFs like JotNot, I wouldve given it 5 stars.

I used it for my valet parking company and is the best mobile fax app I extremely recommended

Scanned docs to email, saved to reader app, shared with Egan app and sent off in no time at all. Love it!

Since Ive downloaded this app last year , I use it all the time. I am able to stay connected now anywhere, anytime. He hassle of looking for an office max or Kinkos is no longer a headache

What a shame. Could have been a great concept. You will get mostly junk fax. And when you contact eFax, theres nothing they can do about it. The worst part is, they pretty much wash their hands on it. Its like, its your problem stupid.

I followed all the instructions and the app failed to work. I even contacted hem for assistance and they were of very little help. I guess that is what I get for assuming I could fax for free.☹️

This service is the worst! The faxes take anywhere from 1 hour to 1 day to come through when they do come through. Ive used the service for 9 years and for the past two the frustration of missed and delayed faxes and orders not going through wasnt worth it anymore. So I saw the bill on my credit card and decided to cancel the service. They said they cant cancel even though I havent used any of this years prepaid service. I even asked to speak to a manager and was hung up on. I think they know theyre a dying company and are struggling to hold onto anything they have. So keep my $170 youll get so much bad PR for this its worth it to me. Ill tell everyone I know how bad your service is and now how bad your customer service is what a rip off. Use ringcentral, jive 8&8 just dont use them!

It partially sent then crashed, over & over. Tried email support, they replied app not compatible w/my OS, even though it worked few days before. I wrote back to cancel my subscription to app. Received no reply. Called today to request cancel, & also refund of fee, which hit 2 days after first cancel request. Connected with a nospeakada, Rattled off a few account details, then denied my existence, & refused refund. Dont fall for this!!!!

I have been using this app for over 10 yrs. Ive havent had any major problems; a few glitches and CS isnt the greatest, but I love being able to send docs directly from my computer!

I have been using eFax for over 10 years and they keep improving the way you receiving and sending fax. The iPhone app is one more way to easily send out fax by taking a picture of the document you like to send. If you know how to operate a camera, you know how to use it. App is great and is free for eFax subscriber.

Been with these people for many many years! Use to be J2Communications and some how the two organizations are still linked but they say they arent. Supposed, eFax purchased them or some BS the support person told me but for over 3 years I have been trying to use this application and couldnt. I called in to support and the individual on the call wasnt knowledgeable at all and almost impossible to understand. Basically, the statement was, "yes, I know we have an application but it doesnt work" I asked why they didnt repair it and there were no answers other than it shouldnt have been released yet which really makes apple look good in their screening for quality apps. Finally, after years of several different attempts I get irritated enough when I call in and the same thing is happening I ask for a supervisor. This person immediately knows the issue. I have been paying $165.00 a year for a J2Connect account which doesnt have an application. I said are you phasing out the other company or what are the plans for the two entities? Oh, well, Im not real sure but you have a renewal coming up on the J2 account so if you like we can just set up an eFax account now and when its renewal time instead of renewing just go with eFax. I said you mean to tell me this entire time I could have had the ability to use the application on my iPhone, iPad and other devices all I had to do was pay the same amount but to eFax. They said "yes". I said ok that works but who do I set up the eFax account with? The person said me. I said when the renewal comes up who would I need to contact to renew it or change it or close it down.....? The person said me! Really, I mean REALLY? Today I needed to use my brand new eFax application to take care of some business. Im locked out for too many attempts into the application, just like what would happen with the J2 account. Mean while instead of them contacting me about not renewing the other account it renewed and now I have $325.00 invested into this eFax/J2/JConnect organization and still cant use the application on any device.
