Easy way to send important faxes and receive when in the middle of nowhere

Been using efax for years -- just got the iPhone app a few months ago - its great.

Efax app has worked fine for my small business needs.

Downloaded and it NEVER worked! Not even once. It never let me register it and when I tried to get it to send a new pin to my email...it never sent it. I check my email and it was the right one. If you want to actually fax something this is not the app for you. If you want to check your email for something that never comes over and over again than this is the app for you

True, this service is not free but neither is anything else of high quality. People need to understand that what theyre paying for is: R&D, app maintenance, stability and reliability. This app works with other apps; Ive sent faxes that are ten pages long (or more) without ANY problem and with the completion of each fax, I receive an email confirmation. And all of this is carried out through a mobile platform!! This app isnt for the "bean counting cry babies of the world with entitlement issues". Its for the movers and shakers who understand that the business offices of todays world must be accessible from ". . .the palm of your hand" CEO AOOO = Chef Executive Officer Always Out Of Office! This is the future, now. . . !

Signed up for one month and had charges for 16.99 every month added. I figured I had accidentally subscribed when I saw the charges after many months. I changed my subscription from the iPhone device to not renew. But they sent emails asking for payment presumably because they are not being paid by Apple because of non renewing setting. Looks like they still consider me a customer even if I did not renew. Big scam I wish I had done an Internet search before downloading. Anyway I might be talking to a lawyer soon to deal with this.

Like the title says, its a great app. Fully functioning in my iPhone 6s+. So far so good. Keep up the good work.

They charge you for your "free" month if you decide to cancel. I spent hours sending duplicate faxes because they were unsuccessfully transmitted. I had to send each fax 2-3 times. Waste of time and money. Use the "FAX" app in dark grey. It is linked to your iTunes account.

Yes, I was able to send two faxes with this app. However, the next day, I began receiving invoices from scam companies demanding money. I immediately reached out to them to cancel and finally after several emails and phone calls, I received an email canceling my account. Just now, I was charged again. I have to go through Apple to get the charge removed, since they are still charging me. SCAM company with operators outside of the United States. Far more trouble than its worth and a dangerously unethical company. Keep your payment information far away from them. Id give them zero stars if I could. RUN AWAY.

Works for me ......I really like the ability to take a photo and then fax that photo!

I wish you had a more reasonable plan for those of us that only send a few faxes each month... One where you can only send 30 to 50 faxes month instead of the regular plan of 150 faxes a month. I plan to cancel after my year subscription runs out next month.

This an awesome way to test and send faxes its a huge help since im a copier field engineer!!

Do not download this app if you do not want to open yourself to dozens of spam emails per day! I guard my emails very closely and use certain ones for certain situations. Since I signed up for eFax I have been receiving many every single day. Im not talking either about the supposed faxes that eFax tells me Ive received, these are the kinds of offers you get from telemarketers. I am talking about receiving straight spam. I tried to contact them to tell them to remove me and I was told that I had to CALL and speak with them to stop receiving eFax. I forwarded these spam emails to eFax for about a month. APPLE PLEASE REMOVE THIS APP IT MAKES YOU LOOK BAD! Oh yeah, the app doesnt even work! I needed a fax in a pinch and it was never properly sent/received!

This app has great functionality. This app makes the traditional way of faxing obsolete. If you dont know how to use a traditional fax machine at work or home dont bother. This app makes it happen captain, its definitely a business saver. Wish it took better pictures, but theres a scanner app for that no biggie which works fine with. Love it, thanks for this.

Once you download this app good luck trying to send a fax! The worst part is canceling it! Ive been on the phone for 20 minutes and counting trying to get the $16.99 charges to stop! I hardly understand the lady on the phone its very poor English!!
