Great Tool, but I am missing a Print function

shows 18 notifications on the app icon even when Im logged out.

The iPad version doesnt recognize my paid account that I use with my PC :(. Im not paying twice...

Perhaps a Note in the Intro for Your AP... Monthly Fees etc. Might be a more transparent way to represent Your AP... Veracity is a Virtue. BU BYE

I like that you just pay per fax and its charged thru iTunes so no need to give your credit card info or subscription. Was unable to load docs/pdfs from iPad though, followed the directions but it wouldnt work. Would like to be able to load pdfs from iBooks & google docs. Good for the random times that you need to send a fax.

The idea is great, but Support for this app is very poor. The number to call is connected to a live person, but they are unable to help. Advice included reinstall program, and wait for a couple days . Bottom line is I am unable to use many of the features because of bugs the system, unable to sign incoming documents, and the help desk is a misnomer - they do not understand how the program works, and cannot fix the recurrent glitches.

Downloaded it to try out. No mention on app info that you need to go to their website to get your efax number from them and a pin. When you try to register, you are stuck in a infinite loop of providing your faxing location. Read their info - says free for 30 days but they will start auto charging your credit card immediately after at $12.49 a month. Really $12.49. Other programs offer 10 cents per page or 99 cents a fax. Real turn off. I refuse to deal with companies that tell you that they are just going to help themselves to your money. Run away.

Doesnt send fax. Every one came back unsuccessful. Deleted. Moving on

No real issues for me, you need an account to be able to receive which is to be expected. The only company with 1-800 numbers and an iphone app that I could find.

Handy to have faxes come in and be able to print. Lots of potential in the app and its features. No mention of high$. All features but receive fax are disabled and require "upgrading" which is a monthly subscription and not really an upgrade. Cant just pay per fax sent. 2 levels of service both outrageous for casual use at 15/19 per month (cdn). Charge me 50¢/page even...instead i will explore other options.

Whats the use of a "fax" app that doesnt keep a copy of the fax it sends?? How do I keep a record of what I sent? This has been an ongoing issue so I assume its not on the fix list. I would look for another fax system, this one still needs a lot of work.

Ben using for last 10 years the service. I receive spam faxes from time to time. Otherwise good.

I have no idea if this app even works. I downloaded it and proceeded to create an account to receive my fax# and try this app out. I picked my country, Canada, but it still asked for a *zip code* and not a *postal code*. This is a field required to be filled out or you cannot go further. I tried entering a valid New York zip code and was informed that the account cannot be created due to technical difficulties and an invalid zip code. This app is a no-go for me and I will be deleting it from my iPhone. I dont have time to email or call and deal with a rep. I just wanted something simple to work from the get-go.

Doesnt work in Canada, yet provides Canada as a country option upon registration. Useless!

They just want your email address. Stay away!

Useless - no functionality in the free version, cant even send a fax.

They trick you to install their app. and call to upgrade. It is bad business practices.

I have had this password reset several times. Nothing happens...it is fustrating.

Subscription based. If you dont use it regularly or send at least 150 pages, its like a bad cell phone plan. Not impressive.
