Worse than not Working
Not only did the service not work, I was setup for reoccurring payments when I signed up for the free account. Customer service claimed they could not find my account and needed my full credit card number to cancel. When I asked if they could look me up by email, the answer was "yes". The chat session ended with the promise of disputing the charges. I received an email afterwards saying my service was canceled, but they told me that it could not be cancelled since they only showed me signed up for free service. I am not imagining the $16.95 charge on my card. I will not be purchasing any more apps though the Apple App Store.
